Talking TV Program Guide
VzFB, the Society for Promoting the Education of Blind Persons, registered charity founded in 1876, is planning to publish a TV magazine beginning in August 2003 which will give blind and visually impaired people in Germany a quick, simple way to find out all about what’s on television. The magazine‘s concept was developed in close cooperation with blind and visually impaired people, reflecting their wishes and requirements.
